Lemon-Butter Salmon Steaks

   line a baking pan with aluminum foil and preheat the oven to 350 degrees

   lay salmon steaks in the foil lined pan

   slice the stick of butter into quarter-inch thick slabs, cover the steaks

4. 4

   sprinkle the dill, salt and pepper, and garlic

5. 5

   cut the lemon or lime in half and squeeze the juice over all steaks

6. 6

   place an additional piece of foil over the top of the salmon abd bake for about 40-45 minutes. Bake an additional 10-15 minutes, if necessary. Different thickness of the steaks will increase or decrease the cooking time
