leftover thanksgiving turkey casserole

   preheat oven to 375

   spray an 8in baking dish with nonstick cook spray.

   spoon into dish 2cups of stuffing.

   spread evenly.

   top with 2cups of turkey spread evenly over stuffing.

   in a seperate bowl.. mix 1/4cup mayo with cranberry sauce.

   and spread this evenly over turkey.

   combine remaining mayo, potatoes and cheese in a large bowl.

   spread potato mix on next.

    then add rest of turkey.

    top with remaining stuffing.

    bake for about 40 min.

    or until heated throughout.

    let stand 10 min before serving
