Lasanga Part 3 Putting It Together

   Preheat Oven to 400.

   Butter a 9x12 inch pan with 2 T. Butter.

   Thickly spread the bottom of the pan with 1 T. Bechamel Sauce.

   Line bottom of pan with layer of the noodles.

   Combine the meat sauce with the bechemel sauce.

   Spread a thin layer of it on the pasta,sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese. Repeat, make sure you save enough sauce to spread a thin layer over the top. Sprinkle with Parmeasan and dot with butter.

   Lasanga may be made 2 days ahead of time.

   Bake on upper most rack until a light golden crust, ten turn another 50-70 degrees highter.

   Make sure the lasanga is heated though.

    Let it sit for 10 minutes before you cut into it.
