Kids Lov'Em & Mom'S Ador'Em Sunday Morning Pancakes

   1 Banana

   2 organic Egg White

   1/8 (t) Cinnamon

   1/4 (t) Baking Soda

   1/8 (t) Baking Powder

   1 (T) Olive Oil

   3/4 C organic Soy or Almond milk

   Mix all ingredients in mixing bowl (you can smash or slice the banana -- a ripe banana adds the sweetness and richness to the mix). Then add the fun stuff and cook. If you use the pre-mixed Pancake batter, get the healthy version, follow the directions but add the egg white = better pancakes and a bit of quality protein for the kids.
