Kauri's Pizza Burger

   Make Pizza Dough and let rise.

   Flour, warm water, yeast, salt, and sugar.

   Make or buy Pizza Sauce of Choice.

   Crushed tomatoes, seasonings, and tomato paste.

   Make Burger.

   Pan sear on very hot pan.

   get a good crust on each side and then plate and let cool even though they are rare in middle.

   Assembly: Role out dough into approximately 8-10 inch circle, place 2 slice of cheese, layer of pepperoni, sauce, burger.

   Fold dough around to form the pocket.

    Flip it onto a greased pan.

    Egg wast the burgers and bake at 375 for 15 minutes.

    Take out top with a little sauce, cheese and pepperoni like a pizza.

    then bake for another 5-10 minutes until the top look like a cooked pizza.

    Let rest for at least 5 minutes to let the cheese inside set.
