Greek Chicken

   Rub Cornish hens with butter and minced garlic.

   (Rub so butter and garlic cover completely both inside and outside.)

   Pour olive oil over hens, enough to coat well.

   Sprinkle with garlic salt and black pepper.

   (Be very generous with black pepper.) Bake in oven at 350u00b0 until golden brown.

   Save liquid from pan when done.

   Pour over green beans or boiled potatoes.
