   Cook ground beef until done and it loses its red color.

   Stir in seasoning mix, tomato paste and water.

   Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cook macaroni as directed on package; drain.

   Stir into the meat mixture the macaroni, corn and 1 cup of the grated Cheddar cheese. Turn into a casserole dish and sprinkle with the remaining 1 cup of cheese.

   Bake, uncovered, at 350u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes or until bubbly.
