Jo'S Boiled Texas Bar Cake

   To make milk sour, just add 1 tablespoon white vinegar to the 1/2 cup milk. Do that and set aside.

   Bring to a boil and set aside the water, margarine and cocoa.

   Mix dry ingredients and then add boiled mixture and mix. Add sour milk. Stir and add egg last.

   Mix all together. Bake in a 9

   x 13-inch greased pan for 30 minutes at 350u00b0.

   Serve topped with vanilla or chocolate icing.
