   Place meat in roasting pan; sprinkle with dry gelatin mix.

   Surround meat with vegetables; cover tightly with foil.

   Bake 2-1/2 to 3 hours or until meat is medium doneness (160 degrees F).

   Meanwhile, transfer vegetables to blender.

   Add remaining ingredients and 1 cup meat drippings from bottom of pan; blend until smooth.
