   5 - 6 cups warm water mixes together the yeast and sugar until yeast starts to work.

   Then add:

   rye flour, salt and white flour.

   Enough to make dough stiff.

   Knead dough till its not sticky.

   Put into pans.

   Let rise.

   Bake 1 hour.
