Jason'S Favorite Baked Chicken

   In a shallow dish, combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and paprika.

   Set aside.

   Rinse chicken, pat dry with paper towels. Brush chicken with the melted butter or margarine.

   If desired, sprinkle with salt and pepper.

   Dip chicken into crumb mixture. Bake, uncovered, in a 425u00b0 oven for 40 to 45 minutes or until tender and no longer pink.
