Italian Pasta Salad

   Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package directions.

   While pasta is cooking, mix olive oil, water, dressing mix and red pepper flakes in a small bowl. Whisk well to combine.

   When pasta is cooked, drain and rinse well with cold water. Put pasta in large container and stir in diced pimentos if using. Add dressing mix and stir well to combine. Can be eaten immediately, but best if chilled for 30 minutes.
