1/2 cups Italian Bread Crumbs
1/2 - 8oz Cans Tomato Sauce
1/4 Cup Chopped Onion
1/4 Cup Diced Green Bell Pepper
1 1/2 Tsp Salt
1/8 Tsp Pepper
1/8 Tsp Oregano
Filling
1 1/2 Cup Minute Rice
1 1/2 8oz Cans Tomato Sauce
1/2 Tsp Salt
1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 Cup Water
Topping
1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Mix crust ingredients and press into the bottom and sides of pie dish.

Mix all filling ingredients and pour in center.

Cover with foil and bake for 45 min.

Remove from oven, remove foil and top with additional 1 cup of cheese.

Return to oven until cheese is melted.

Let sit 5 minutes before cutting.
