Easy & Creamy Lemon Pie

   Preheat oven to 350.

   Juice room temp lemons.

   6-7 lemons should give you 3/4 cup.

   Mix yolks & condensed milk in a medium bowl with an electric mixer for 2-3 minutes or until mixture lightens up.

   Slow add in lemon juice - mix well.

   Pour mixture into the prepared crust.

   Bake on center rack of oven - 22 to 25 minutes- or until it is set.

   Let cool for an hour or two before serving.

   If desired, serve with whipped cream.

    Store pie in the fridge.
