Islander Glazed Meatloaf

   Mix meat, stuffing mix, water, steak sauce and eggs until well blended.

   Shape into five 8x5-inch loaves (or one loaf for trial recipe) in greased full sheet pan (or in half sheet pan for trial recipe).

   Bake in 300 degrees F-convection oven for 50 min.

   (or in 375F-standard oven for 1 hour).

   Towards end of baking time, mix jam, mustard and chili sauce in saucepan; cook on medium heat until heated through, stirring occasionally.

   Brush glaze evenly over hot meatloaves.

   Bake an additional 15 to 20 min.
