Ice cream with dates and cognac recipe

   Leave the dates in the cognac, at room temperature, for 2-3 hours, to let it soak in.

   Let the ice cream sit at room temperature for 3-5 minutes.

   Take the dates out of the cognac.

   Remove the seeds from the dates and cut the dates into small cubes.

   Mix the cubed dates into the ice cream and serve.
