Hot Italian Chicken Sausage And Mango Salsa

   Cut mango into small cubes and mix

   Mix mango with the pico de gallo and black beans

   Heat olive oil in nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add in sausage and cook until cooked through, about 8-10 minutes. Turn occasionally so that all sides are browned. Remove and let cool slightly. Slice sausage into rounds.

   Scoop one cup of rice into a bowl and top with chicken sausage and salsa.
