Honeylulu Chicken Barbecue

   Mix pineapple juice, honey, salt, dry mustard, soy sauce, corn oil and ginger in saucepan.

   Simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes; cool.

   Brush each piece of chicken with marinade.

   Place in shallow baking pan.

   Pour rest of marinade over chicken and marinate for 1 hour.

   Broil chicken (turning often) for about 50 to 55 minutes or until fork can be inserted into chicken easily (ovens may vary).
