Ingredients: boiling hen; 5 pkg. Mexican cornbread mix (Martha White); 1 can cream of chicken soup; 1 c. cooked rice; 3 bunches green onions; 1 stick margarine; 1/2 tsp. sage; 1 tsp. black pepper; 4 toasted bread heels; 9 raw eggs; 7 boiled eggs; 1 large onion

1 stick margarine
1/2 tsp. sage
1 tsp. black pepper
4 toasted bread heels
9 raw eggs
7 boiled eggs
1 large onion

Boil hen that has been seasoned.

Debone.

Bake according to instructions the cornbread.

Crumble into chicken broth and soup and rice.

Saute green onions (tops and all) and onion in margarine.
