   Heat oven to 375 degrees.

   Line a baking sheet with foil.

   Mince garlic.

   Combine with beef, pork, veal or possibly turkey, bread crumbs, onion, egg, parsley, 1 1/2 tsp.

   salt and 1/8 tsp.

   pepper.

   Transfer to the prepared baking dish and shape into a loaf.

   Bake 1 hour.

   Let stand 10 min before serving.
