   Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Melt 3 Tbsp.

   of the butter in medium saucepan on low heat.

   Add flour; stir with wire whisk until well blended.

   Cook 2 min.

   or until bubbly, stirring occasionally.

   Gradually add milk, stirring well after each addition.

   Cook on medium heat until mixture boils and thickens, stirring constantly.

   Add process cheese; cook until melted, stirring frequently.

   Add macaroni; mix lightly.

    Spoon into 2-qt.

    casserole dish.

    Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.

    Melt remaining 1 Tbsp.

    butter; toss with cracker crumbs.

    Sprinkle over casserole.
