Melt butter on medium heat in medium sauce pan wisk in flour to absorb butter bring to a simmer slow wish in milk and cheese to desired sauce thickness add salt and pepper to taste

Now slice your to a toes in half and grill for only a minute or so, now cut turkey into bite sized cubes and slice bacon in one large pan or individual oven safe dishes lay down bread cover with turkey smother it in cheese sauce place on bacon and roasted tomatoes more cheese sauce and sprinkle Parmesan on top
