Add the all the ingredients depending on which ice cream you're making in 1 quart zip lock bag except for the ice & salt.

Stir then seal up tight with as little air in it as possible.

Then in a 1 gallon zip lock bag add the 4 cups of ice.

Place the ice cream baggy inside the gallon zip lock bag of ice.

Pour the salt or ice cream salt on the ice.

Zip up the gallon bag with little air in it as possible.

Then the fun part!

Grab some winter gloves & shake the bag for 10 minutes!

After shaking un zip the gallon bag to get the quart ice cream bag out.

Rinse that ice cream bag under cold water to wash the salt off.

Be careful not to get the salty water in the bag.
