4 skinless boneless chicken breasts
1/2 c. wine vinegar
1 tbsp. minced sweet onion

1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 lg. red bell pepper
1/2 c. tomato juice
1 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon oregano
2 sm. zucchini
