Helen'S Heavenly Meat Loaf

   Mix egg, tomato juice, bread crumbs, oregano, salt, pepper, garlic and ground beef.

   On a rectangle piece of wax paper flatten out beef mixture.

   Arrange ham slices on top of beef, then cheese.

   Roll up using the wax paper and seal as best as you can with the meat.

   Place seam side down on a a baking pan with an edge. Bake 350 F for 1 hour. Serve with chopped onions.
