6 oz. uncooked fat-free noodles
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/3 c. sliced green onions
1/2 to 2/3 c. fat-free sour cream
2 tsp. mustard
1/2 c. fat-free mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves
1/4 tsp. salt
1 small zucchini, scrubbed and sliced
1 c. shredded fat-free Monterey Jack cheese
1 medium tomato, chopped
