1/2 pound lean beef
2 c. water
1 1/2 tbsp. wine vinegar
2 c. chicken stock
1/2 stalk celery, chopped
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 sm. green pepper, seeded & cubed
1/4 c. yellow turnip, peeled & diced
1 tbsp. fresh parsley
1 bay leaf
1/2 c. spaghetti noodles, broken

2 teaspoon salt free tomato paste

Place meat and water in large pot.

Bring to boil and cook, uncovered for 5 min.

Add in stock, vegetables, garlic, parsley and bay leaf.

Bring to simmering, cover and simmer 1 hour.

Add in remaining ingredients, cover and simmer for 30 more min.

Stir and let stand uncovered for 10 min before serving.
