Name: Hash Brown Potato Salad Recipe

Ingredients: 1 (32 ounce.) pkg. frzn Southern style hash brown potatoes; 3/4 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing; 1/2 c. celery slices; 1/2 c. minced green pepper; 1/2 c. minced onion; 1/4 c. minced pimento; 2 hard-cooked Large eggs, minced; Salt & pepper; Lettuce; Parsley; Radish roses

Add in potatoes to 1 qt boiling water; return to boil.

Cover; cook 2 min or possibly till tender.

Drain well.

Combine potatoes, salad dressing, celery, green pepper, onion, pimento and Large eggs; mix lightly.

Season to taste; chill.

Add in additional salad dressing before serving, if you like.

Serve in lettuce-lined bowl; garnish with parsley and radishes.
