Happy Harry's BBQ Chicken Bake

   Cut chicken into large cubes (mouth-sized).

   Dice onion into medium parts.

   Cut apples (leave skin on) into cubes a bit smaller than the chicken.

   Place in large bowl and mix well with your favorite BBQ sauce.

   Put in casserole dish, cover and bake at 350 degrees about 15-20 minutes or until apples just start to lose their firmness.

   Watch this part closely as you don't want the apples mushy.

   Now isn't that easy?.

   I served with steamed green beans and tater tots.
