Hamburger Stew Without Tomato

   Season beef with salt and pepper.

   Brown beef and onion in large skillet until done.

   While cooking, mix water and flour until dissolved.

   Add mixture to skillet with beef and stir.

   Stew will thicken as it cooks.

   If thicker stew is desired, add flour by tablespoons.
