3/4 c. cider vinegar
1 1/2 c. diced celery
1 1/2 c. diced onion
1 c. diced green pepper
1 teaspoon horseradish

3/4 c. sugar

Bring to a boil; simmer, uncovered for 45 min, stirring occasionally.
