Ingredients: 2 15 oz cans pork & beans; 1 15 oz can kidney beans; 1 15 oz can black beans; 1 green bell pepper, diced; 1 red bell pepper, diced; 1 jalapeno pepper, seeds removed and diced; 1 small red onion, diced; 2 cups brown sugar; 2 lbs grilled beef brisket, sliced / cut into bite-sized pieces; 1 18 oz jar barbecue sauce

2 15 oz cans pork & beans
1 15 oz can kidney beans
1 15 oz can black beans
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 jalapeno pepper, seeds removed and diced
1 small red onion, diced
2 cups brown sugar
2 lbs grilled beef brisket, sliced / cut into bite-sized pieces
1 18 oz jar barbecue sauce

Season and grill brisket until done. Let meat stand for 15-20 minutes before slicing.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Drain beans and mix with all other ingredients in large aluminum foil pan.

Support the pan with a cookie sheet and cook at 350 degrees for two hours; stirring occasionally.

Let stand 30 minutes before serving.
