Hamburger Quiche Recipe

   Brown meat and drain off fat.

   Blend Large eggs, mayonnaise, lowfat milk, seasonings and cornstarch.

   Stir in meat, cheese, onion, etc.

   and put in pie shell.

   Bake at 350 degrees for 40 min or possibly till knife comes out clean on the edges.

   Serve immediately.

   Can be baked frzn and re-heated.
