2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 1/4 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
dash of pepper
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
2/3 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles
1 c. sour cream
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
6 green onions
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Brown meat in margarine until done with seasonings.

Add tomato sauce; cook noodles and drain.

Add to meat and let cook slowly for 20 minutes or so.

Cut up green onions, tops and all. Mix these with softened cream cheese and add sour cream.
