Ingredients: 20 slices bread with crust removed and cut into bite-size cubes; 3 c. cubed, cooked ham; 10 oz. grated cheese (Cheddar); 10 oz. grated Swiss cheese; 9 eggs, beaten; 3 c. milk; 1/2 tsp. onion salt; 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt; 1/2 c. butter, melted; 3 c. crushed corn flakes

20 slices bread with crust removed and cut into bite-size cubes
3 c. cubed, cooked ham
10 oz. grated cheese (Cheddar)
10 oz. grated Swiss cheese
9 eggs, beaten
3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 c. butter, melted
3 c. crushed corn flakes

Cover bottom of 9 x 13 greased pan with cubed bread pieces. Add 1/2 of cubed ham.

Mix the 2 cheeses together and put 1/2 over ham and bread cubes.

Repeat layers.

Slightly beat the eggs and mix with milk, onion salt and seasoned salt.

Pour over layers; cover and refrigerate overnight.

Next day, melt butter.

Add crushed corn flakes to butter; mix well.

Sprinkle over strata. Bake at 50 to 60 minutes in 370u00b0 oven.

Let set 10 minutes before serving.
