Ingredients: 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin (2 Tbsp.); 1 c. cold water; 1 tsp. dry mustard; 1 1/4 c. chicken broth; 2 beaten eggs; 3 c. cooked ham; 1/2 small onion, chopped with ham; 2 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped; 2 tsp. horseradish; 1 envelope sour cream, made according to directions; 1/2 c. mayonnaise

1 c. cold water
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/4 c. chicken broth
2 beaten eggs
3 c. cooked ham
1/2 small onion, chopped with ham
2 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped
2 tsp. horseradish
1 envelope sour cream, made according to directions
1/2 c. mayonnaise

Soften gelatin in water; set aside.

Dissolve mustard in small amount of broth.

Combine remaining broth with eggs.

Cook in saucepan about 8 minutes, stirring constantly.

Add softened gelatin and stir until dissolved.

Beat in mayonnaise, onion and horseradish.

Chill until partially set.

Add sour cream and fold in ham.
