   Sprinkle ham, cheese and onions in greased pie plate.

   Beat remaining ingredients until smooth, (15 seconds in blender on high speed or 1 minute by hand beater).

   Pour into plate and bake until brown.

   Can also add turkey, chicken, broccoli, mushrooms or spinach.
