Halloween Rice Balls for Charaben

   Wrap the rice in plastic wrap and form it into an oval shape.

   Cover this with nori and wrap with plastic wrap once more to allow the nori to stick.

   Remove the wrap and make 2 slits with a knife like in the picture.

   If you can keep the round shape it will look nice when finished.

   Cut the kombu into a suitable size and insert it into the top of the rice ball.

   Cut the Jack-o'-Lantern eyes and mouth out of cheese with a toothpick (use a cookie cutter if you have one).

   Position the facial s on the rice ball and it's done.
