Hake With Green Sauce

   Bake the hake, egg, and potatoes in salted water.

   Once cooked, remove the hake and place it in the center of a platter.

   To prepare the sauce, put the egg, parsley, and cooked potato in a food processor and mix together.

   Add the oil and season with salt and pepper.

   Pour the sauce over hake and serve with cooked vegetables.
