Ground Beef Vegetable Soup Recipe

   Brown beef and drain well.

   Combine remaining ingredients with beef into large soup pot.

   Simmer for about 1 to 2 hrs.

   I find the more it simmers, the better the flavor.

   You may need to add in another 8 ounce.

   can of tomato sauce and 1 c. of water depending on how long its allowed to simmer.

   Serves approximately 8 to 10.
