1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. black pepper
1 (16 oz.) spaghetti sauce (with meat)
1 tsp. onion salt
1 (8 oz.) pkg. low-fat cream cheese
1 (12 oz.) pkg. medium egg noodles, cooked
1 (8 oz.) Ricotta cheese
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Brown and drain ground beef. Add salt, sugar, pepper and spaghetti sauce.

Simmer 15 minutes. Cream together the cream cheese, Ricotta cheese and onion salt. Stir well until smooth and softened.

Using a 9 x 12-inch baking dish, layer noodles, meat mixture and cream mixture.

Repeat until all gone. Top with shredded cheese. Bake at 350u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
