Ingredients: 1/2 lb. ground beef; 1 lb. sausage; 1 (16 oz.) box macaroni; 1 can whole tomatoes; 1 can tomato sauce; 1/2 c. chopped bell peppers; 1/2 c. chopped celery; 1/2 c. chopped onions; 1 c. shredded cheese (sharp Cheddar); 1 c. Mozzarella cheese; salt to taste; pepper to taste; Cajun season to taste

1/2 lb. ground beef
1 lb. sausage
1 (16 oz.) box macaroni
1 can whole tomatoes
1 can tomato sauce
1/2 c. chopped bell peppers
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 c. shredded cheese (sharp Cheddar)
1 c. Mozzarella cheese
salt to taste
pepper to taste
Cajun season to taste

Brown ground beef and sausage together with onions, peppers and celery.

Strain off excess fat.

Boil macaroni about 3/4 box. After noodles are done in a large bowl, mix meat and noodles.

Add in tomato sauce, whole tomatoes (mashed), 1/2 cup of Cheddar cheese and 1/2 cup Mozzarella.

Place in casserole dish.

Top with remaining Cheddar and Mozzarella cheese.

Place in oven at 350u00b0. Bake for 45 minutes.
