1/8 c. onion
1/8 c. green pepper
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 can tomatoes
1/4 c. brown Karo
salt and pepper
1/4 tsp. chili powder
1/2 bay leaf
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/8 c. tomato juice
1 1/2 c. shell macaroni
1/2 c. shredded cheese

Heat oil in skillet.
