For the burgers:

Mix the chili powder, half of the diced jalapeno's and salt and pepper with the ground turkey and divide into four sections. Form 4 patties.

For spicy mayonnaise:

Mix mayonnaise with the remaining jalapenos, the chopped and cilantro and the lime juice.

For the poblanos:

Roast the poblanos whole on high heat until skin is blistered and dark on all sides. Put in paper bag until cool enough to handle and then peel of skins, remove stems and seeds and slice into strips.

Carmelized onions:

Cook onions over med high heat on stove in 1 tbs olive oil until a dark carmel color, about 15 minutes stirring frequently to prevent burning.

Grill turkey burgers over medium heat for about 5-6 minutes per side or until cooked all the way through(all grills differ).

While still on the grill top burgers with some of the onions, poblanos and then top with a slice of cheddar and close cover to melt cheese.

Remove burgers and serve on fresh buns with the spicy mayonnaise.
