¼ teaspoon lemon salt (or to taste)
⅛ teaspoon black pepper
⅛ teaspoon lemon zest, grated
1 teaspoon butter
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
⅛ teaspoon basil, finely chopped
⅛ teaspoon parsley, finely chopped
⅛ teaspoon red chile, finely chopped (optional for a bit of zip)

Place ingredients on a piece of foil in this order: 1/2 tsp butter, salmon, garlic mixture and other half butter.

Preheat grill to approximately 400F.

Wrap fish in foil, seal edges as tightly as possible.

Place fish on grill folded side down for approximately 5 to 7 minutes.

Turn foil pack over and open the foil, squeeze juice of 1 lemon wedge.

Cook for another 3 to 5 minutes.
