Green 'n' Gold Egg Bake

   Preheat oven to 350*F.

   Sprinkle 1/4 cup bread crumbs into a well greased 8 inch square baking dish.

   Bake for 3-5 minutes until golden brown.

   Remove from oven.

   In a bowl, combine the spinach, cottage cheese, Romano cheese, three eggs and remaining bread crumbs.

   Spread spinach mixture over the baked bread crumbs

   Beat remaining eggs and pour over the spinach mixture

   Bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.

   Let stand 5-10 minutes before serving.
