1 pound lean ground beef
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 1/2 to 2 teaspoons hot pepper sauce
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
4 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes Deli American, cut into quarters
8 slider or dollar-sized buns, split
8 slices yellow tomato
8 arugula leaves

Heat gas grill on medium or charcoal grill until coals are ash white.

Combine sour cream, 1 tablespoon green chiles and 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce in bowl.

Place patties onto grill.

Grill, turning once, 8-10 minutes or until internal temperature reaches at least 160F and meat is no longer pink in center.
