4 slices bacon cut 1/2 inch pcs
2 med. size onions, minced
6 c. chicken stock or possibly canned broth
4 med. potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2 inch cubes
2 med. carrots, sliced
1/4 c. minced parsley
1 teaspoon dill weed
1/2 teaspoon marjoram leaves
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
1 pound green beans cut into 1 inch lengths
1 pound Polish sausage, thinly sliced

In a 5 to 6 qt pan, cook bacon over medium heat till crisp.

Remove drain, set aside throw away all but 1 Tbsp.
