1 lb hamburger
1 small onion, chopped fine
1 pint water
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon ground cloves
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon garlic powder

Brown hamburger and onion together until no longer pink. Drain.

Add remaining ingredients to the hamburger and onion. Cover,and simmer on low heat for 2 1/2 - 3 hours, or until water has been cooked off.
