1/2 green pepper
4 Large eggs, hard-boiled
6 slices bacon
1/2 c. mild white vinegar
1 c. water
1 1/2 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. bacon fat
Fresh parsley

Cut up potatoes into bite-sized pcs.

Fry bacon and crumble into pcs on top of potatoes.

Remove the yellow from the hard-boiled Large eggs and make a paste.

Mix water, vinegar, sugar and bacon fat into yellow paste mix, stirring constantly to prevent lumps.

Bring mix to a boil, stirring the whole time.
